Cressi Origin Fins

The Cressi Origin fins are a new generation inspired by the iconic Rondine Commando model, redesigned with cutting-edge materials to offer maximum performance and reliability. Made from a single piece of high-strength technopolymer, their monomaterial structure eliminates weak points and ensures direct energy transfer from the foot to the blade.

The design with a foot pocket under the blade—at an optimized 15° angle—improves finning efficiency and reduces fatigue, while side vents channel water flow for a powerful, stable, and precise thrust. AISI 316 stainless steel spring straps with angled buckles ensure a comfortable and durable fit, even in demanding conditions.

Available in two versions:

Origin LD (Light Density): Made from medium-density material (shore 60), with virtually neutral or slightly positive buoyancy (+10g in saltwater, size M/L). Ideal for recreational diving, travel, and long trips, with excellent responsiveness and comfort.
Origin HD (High Density): stiffer material (shore 80) and slightly negative (-165 g in salt water, size M/L), designed for more powerful thrust in technical diving or with heavy equipment.

Both versions feature a short blade (approximately 60.5 cm long and 24.5 cm wide) that provides excellent maneuverability in confined spaces and control during frog kicks or precision turns. Furthermore, their resistance to abrasion and fracture makes them ideal for demanding environments such as rocky bottoms or professional operations.
