PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers and above, who are at least 10 years old, are eligible to participate in the Peak Performance Buoyancy course.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Determine the exact amount of ballast you need, so you&#039;re not too light or too heavy.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute your weight system and position your diving equipment so that you are perfectly balanced in the water<\/li>\n<li>Be
